Returns & Refund Policy

Art is deeply personal — both in the making and in the receiving. If for any reason something isn't right, please reach out. I stand behind everything I create and sell, and I will always do my best to make it right for you.

30-Day Return Window

I offer a 30-day return policy on:

  • Original paintings
  • Canvas prints
  • Unframed paper prints

Please note: I am unable to accept returns on framed paper prints due to their delicate nature, or on sale items, custom commissions, or gift cards.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify me at info@danailovaart.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You will then have a further 14 days to return it. This right does not apply to commission paintings. My 30-day return policy above is more generous than the legal minimum and applies to all eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email me at info@danailovaart.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting me will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send your item back to the printer or manufacturer on your shipping label — returns must be sent to the address I provide.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

I package all orders with great care, but if your item arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery, photograph the damage including the packaging, and contact me within 24 hours at info@danailovaart.com. I will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Commissions

Due to the personal nature of commissioned work, I cannot offer refunds on completed commissions. However, I work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy before shipping.
