This website is operated by Valentina Danailova, trading as Danailova Art. Throughout the site, the terms "I", "me" and "my" refer to Danailova Art. By visiting this site and/or purchasing from it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You may not use this site or its products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws including copyright laws.

Section 2 – Products

All prints are made to order. I make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur between screen and print. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and sold as shown.

Section 3 – Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

Section 4 – Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. I do not store your payment information.

Section 5 – Intellectual Property

All artwork, images and content on this site are the intellectual property of Valentina Danailova and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or original does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights. All purchased works are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only — meaning private display in your home or workplace. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense or use any artwork for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Section 7 – Errors and Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on the site. I reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Danailova Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
